We offer a number of options to make your life as a Landlord easier.
1.Finding a tenant
Should you wish to do your own rent collections but find you don’t have the time to look for a new tenant, do the relevant credit checks or draw up a lease we can assist by finding suitable and qualifying tenant for your property. We will do the leg work, paper work, credit checks, and collect the deposits and first month’s rental. A meeting will be set up for you to meet the tenant and from there on you will be doing the rental management.
2.Finding a tenant and managing the property.
We will find a qualifying and suitable tenant for your property and thereafter managing the property for you. We will send the tenant monthly rent statements, collect rentals, lights, water and refuse charges due, pay your levy and municipal accounts for you and attend to any maintenance due. As we have a large number of overseas Landlords this is a very popular option.
3. Management Only.
If you already have a tenant but find the management too time consuming we can take over the management for you. All tenants are carefully screened. ITC checks are done, employment and income confirmed and previous landlords are contacted to get references.
