As we are the neutral party we are in a position to access whether any maintenance issues are for the account of the Landlord or the Tenant.

Looking for a place to rent can sometimes be quite and stressful to not only find the right place. But to be able to find the right agent to work with who understands the stress, is honest in their dealings and explains everything regarding the rental so that there aren’t any hidden points in the lease that only come out later.
Since first spotting the property I am now renting I knew that I wanted to move in. Marianne was very honest with me in saying that it was up to the owner of the property and that more than one application had been received. I was overjoyed when I received confirmation that I had been successful in my application.
From there Marianne handled my final steps with professionalism- going over every point in the lease making sure I understood everything. Then, when I took ownership of the keys I was handed a very detailed hand-over report which I needed to complete to confirm the status of the property. This document covers both myself and the owner of the property.
