Marianne Banks has been in the real estate since 1982 and established MB Properties in 1995, initially concentrating on property sales. At that time many buyers were investors and through our sales we were approached by our buyers to rent out their properties.

It became apparent that there was a huge market for diligent and committed rental agents and Marianne Banks decided to concentrate on the rental side of real estate. Throughout the years a large rental portfolio was built up and Landlords that commissioned us to look after their investments are still our clients 20 years later. We are registered with the Estate Agency Affairs Board and Marianne has her NQF5 qualifications.
